In order for us to grow and develop as an up-and-coming development, production, maintenance and repair company for aircraft and general aviation components operating throughout Europe, we are looking to strengthen our dedicated team.
Sales Manager (all genders*) for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services
Your tasks
- Actively acquire and maintain customer relationships
- Identify and explore new sales opportunities and business partners
- Develop sales strategies and proposals in collaboration with the sales team
- Conduct sales negotiations and finalize contracts
- Collaborate closely with members of the customer service, parts & logistics services, field service, repair service and/or other teams to meet customer requirements
- Ability to have customer facing skills with a good customer support ability
- Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Function as liaison between internal organization and customers
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
- First experience in sales, preferably in the aviation or MRO services sector is a plus
- Strong proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken
- Good IT skills (MS Office, particularly excel) and willingness to learn new systems
- Independent, proactive work approach and ability to work in a team
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
